Valentino loves helping people become the leaders God created them to be. As Hope City’s Equipping Pastor, he focuses on developing our elders and leadership team, equipping them to lead with humility, wisdom, and a deep dependence on Jesus.
A natural teacher and lifelong learner, Valentino has a gift for asking thoughtful questions, offering wise counsel, and helping people see challenges from a fresh perspective. His calm presence, strategic thinking, and genuine love for others make him an invaluable part of the Hope City family.
Valentino and his wife, Rachel, have two children and enjoy doing life together as a family. Outside of ministry, you’ll probably find him listening to an audiobook or podcast at a speed the rest of us can’t comprehend or sharing one of the countless fascinating facts he’s picked up along the way.
